FAQ #1 CONTRACTS

Why doesn't everything on the contract screens in Book-It2000 - print on my contract?
Only the fields that you that tell us to print on a contract - are going to print on the contract.  So, as an example, if the Comments fields found on the Guarantee side panel of the Main Contract display , is not mapped to your contract - then it will not be printed there.
It is up to you to decide what you want printed on your contract.
