How do I use the Single Item Search (SIS)?
Search by several categories at the same time
About the SIS
The Single Item Search (soon to be referred to as "Query Builder") allows
queries to now be applied to any of the modules associated with the Single Item
Search. n most modules (excluding Global names, Itineraries & schedules) you can
use the single item search function to find the particular record you are
looking for.
1. |
Once you are in the module you want to search within click the target button at
the top left of the screen. |
2. |
This will bring a up a query builder (SIS) with the specific fields for that
module |
3. |
Once the SIS is up then place in the information you are searching for.
Ex: All Texas and California venues. You would type in: TX, CA and press
the filing cabinet icon. This will display how many records fit that
criteria. You can then export the information, look through the records
you want, or print mail lables. |
