How to Add Package/Tour Contracts
Add Several Artists into one Contract or a Tour Package

About Adding a Package/Tour Contract
Why or when you would a package process? If you are putting together several acts for one function, where you are technically the producer, than the package code process should be used. Another example maybe where you are the buyer of a room and you receive a flat amount of monies each week from your client. Technically, the contracts with the artist are with you.

 1. Go to the Contract Module.

 2. Click on the plus (+) sign.

 3. Choose Create Package in the Select Event Drop Down.

 4. The form will change.  Put in the Name of the Event.

 5. You will notice that the Status automatically fills in M for Master.
 6. Fill in the dates for the entire package (even if the Artist have different dates)
 7. Then fill in the information like you would a normal contract.
 8. When you get to Guarantee, You need to fill in Package Contract's ENTIRE money.

 9. Whatever information you fill in will default to the individual contracts in the sub-contracts.
10. When you're ready to add you can press F-12 or click on Contract Listing.
11. It will ask you to save changes, click yes.

12. It will then tell you that it is ready to add the sub-contracts. Click Yes.

13. The Package Tour box will appear.

14. Press Cntrl^D to bring up the artists. Click on your artist.
15. Fill in the Dates.
16. Then fill in the correct amount in the Guarantee.
17. You've successfully added a new category!

18. When you have finished adding your Artists the Guarantee amount of the artists should equal the amount you have in the Master contract.

19. If you would like the Additional Provisions and Notes from the Master contract to default onto the individual contracts click the box.

20. Then Press Finish. Then this box should appear.

21. When you go to the Contract Listing you should see the Master Contract and the sub contracts.
