Go to Utility |

Click on Operational Control
Record |

The OCR will open up. |

Go to Categories |
|

Then choose which Category you would like to add to. (We'll use Artist for this
example.) |

A box will appear with the categories. |

You do not have to delete a category, instead you can edit it. |

Go to the one you wish to change, and put your cursor in the name. |

Then you can start typing the new category name you wish. |

Then for the two-digit acronym place your cursor there and change it. |

To Add a new category scroll down to the bottom of the listing. |

Put your cursor in the white blank line next to the *. |
|
|
 |
|

Then start entering the new category. |
|

Then go the CAT and enter in the two-digit acronym. |
|

 |
|
15. |
A new blank line will appear below the one you are adding. |
|
16. |
When you're finished with your new category put your cursor on the blank line. |
|
|
 |

You've successfully added a new category! |
