How to Use Copy and Attach
How to add any document to Book-It 2000
 

About Copy & Attach
The Copy and attach is a new feature on Book-it 2000 3.3 that allows you to take files saved on your computer and attach them to your Book-it 2000 files.


 1. Find the file(s) you want to save from your computer and highlight them.
 2. Right click these files and select copy.
 3. Go into Book-it 2000 under contracts select the contract you would like to attach the files to and click on the purple binder clip.
 
 4. Once you have clicked the binder clip the files you selected will be "pasted" to you Book-it 2000 record that you selected.
  Now Where Is It?
 5. Once you have saved the files you can right click anywhere within the contract and you will see the following menu.
 
 6. Select Xref and you will see this window pop up.
 
 7. Select the "Documents" tab along the bottom and you will see the files you've attached you can also attach files directly to here with the purple binder clips in this window.
